About
Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Incorporated (also known as KDChi) is a Latina founded and multiculturally expanding sorority. Our sisterhood focuses itself on professional development, academic excellence, leadership, graduating all of its members, and service with an emphasis on the Hispanic/Latino population, all while creating a lifetime of priceless friendships, bonds, and unforgettable memories. Founded in 1987, it has become one of the strongest networks of diverse leaders in the country. Having more than 60 chapters from coast to coast, KDChi provides more than 30,000 hours of community service annually to our communities!
The Alpha Zeta Chapter of Kappa Delta Chi is the first Latina-based Sorority in the State of Nevada, and the first community service and academics-based sorority at UNLV! The purpose of Kappa Delta Chi is to promote the values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity, and Leadership among women. This sisterhood aims to hold itself to a high standard and to set a positive example to the Las Vegas community.
